We simplified from five bundles to three Commercial tiers and two Federal tiers. Pricing was also updated to reflect the platform's expanded AI capabilities and the full value delivered — including managed onboarding, unlimited transactions on Margin Suite and above, and ROSConnect CRM bundled into all tiers above QuoteAI.
Yes. Existing customers retain current pricing through their contract term. At renewal, we offer three options: an 18-month ramp to new pricing (33%/33%/33% annual increases), a tier-match credit (your current spend applies toward Year 1 of the new tier), or the Operating in the Margins License (50% upfront, margin-share model). Your Customer Success Manager will reach out 6 months before renewal.
ResellerOS is an annual subscription. You can cancel at renewal — there are no auto-renewal surprises. If you cancel mid-term, your access continues through the end of your paid period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required so you can evaluate the platform before committing. After a subscription begins, we do not offer pro-rated refunds on annual plans, but we'll work with you to ensure you're on the right tier before your trial ends.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Commercial tiers are hosted in a SOC 2-compliant cloud environment. Federal tiers are hosted in GCC High Cloud (Azure Government), which supports CUI and IL2/IL4 workloads. We do not sell or share customer data. A full security overview is available on request.
Unlimited means no hard transaction ceiling. A soft fair-use policy applies — if your usage significantly exceeds typical patterns for your team size, we'll reach out to discuss options. In practice, every current Unlimited customer has remained well within reasonable bounds.
Instead of paying full price upfront, you pay 50% of the standard license fee, then share 10% of your margin improvement with communities in need through the PhilanthroShip Impact Fund. ResellerOS recovers standard-license-equivalent revenue only when the platform delivers margin improvement above your baseline. Surplus flows to the DAF as a tax-deductible contribution.
Yes. ROSConnect CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, standalone) is included at no additional cost with Margin Suite and all higher tiers. The $3,600/org/yr add-on applies only to QuoteAI (Starter) and standalone module deployments.
Customers on ResellerOS Complete have DealRegAI included at no additional cost during the beta period and will continue to have it included post-GA under the Complete tier. The standalone DealRegAI module price post-GA is $1,500/user/yr. Beta customers on other tiers will receive advance notice and a transition offer before GA pricing takes effect.
Annual billing is the default for all tiers. Monthly billing is available for QuoteAI only, at $150/user/mo (a 20% premium over the annual equivalent of $125/user/mo).
All tiers include a structured onboarding engagement: configuration review, data migration assistance, workflow setup, and a training session for your team. Federal tiers include a compliance intake session with our Federal Success team.
Yes. You can start with any individual module (QuoteAI, OrdersAI, AccountGrowthAI, or DealRegAI in Beta). When you upgrade to a bundle, your current spend is credited toward the difference — you never pay for the same capability twice.
GCC High Cloud (Government Community Cloud High) is Microsoft Azure's environment certified for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and IL2/IL4 workloads. All Federal tier data is hosted in GCC High Cloud. We do not claim FedRAMP authorization — our infrastructure operates within a FedRAMP High hosting environment.
